to be an English History professor. He was on par with journeymen headwaiters that you can still find in New York City and London. He was witty and had a delightful sense of humor.

SeaGrille Restaurant
The SeaGrill restaurant is a chic art deco styled restaurant with soul. The menu is centered on ocean fresh catch of the day, seasonal soups and salads. Upon entering the space you will experience a vortex that you will not fully appreciate until you meet Chef Austin Henry.
At 32 Austin has been around the world enough to have had nine lives already. His movie star looks resemble a young Sylvester Stallone. What’s cool about Henry is that he ran several underground restaurants in Asia, Europe, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Underground restaurants are all the rage with hardcore foodies now and Henry became quite famous during his last stint in South America. So famous in fact that a jealous bureaucrat deported him to the United States to the delight of the members and guests of the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
As the sun started to set behind our table overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Chef Austin greeted us and suggested we sample his new spring menu. At the time of this publication it was not yet released, but we are delighted to give you a tour of Chef Austin’s spring cuisine!
