that guests a few feet away behind their $350 a night walls are also drunk and happy. My sleep was not good at Estancia – even after downing an Ambien. So – just ask for a quiet room, far away from doors that lead to the outer courtyard. Really, Estancia is worth the visit, and no doubt my quibbles stem from final tucks and polishing after the recent renovation. Although I haven’t stayed in a true assortment of La Jolla properties, Estancia ranks among the very best. .... |
