Spiced Pear Restaurant Serves Up The Best Food and Views in Newport, RI
You don’t have to venture very far if you're staying at the Chanler at Cliff Walk to find some of the best fine dining Newport has to offer. The kitchen is open-air with a Bristol clean French stove. If you have a moment go and marvel at all the organized chaos and magic in the kitchen. You’ll love it. The dining room is intimate with stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. During the summer months you can dine alfresco on the Cliff Walk Terrace and enjoy the salt air and ocean breezes too.
We dined inside at a very private table located in the back of the restaurant. The Atlantic Ocean sunset was the perfect backdrop to ease into one of the best meals we’ve had in recent memory. Here’s a sample of what the chef served up for us on a tasting Menu:
