Welcome to Isla Verde Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico! We've just arrived for a weeks' tour of the island. It's the holiday season and coming from New York City where it's getting chilly, I couldn't wait to dip my toes in the warm Caribbean Sea. Although it's only a 3- hour flight from JFK, it's hard to find a healthy snack in the air these days. Voila! Time for a homemade pineapple ice cream on the beach. Join me on my adventures through Puerto Rico this week and fun in the sun!
